Terms of Use

These terms cover this website. They are not the agreement for actual flooring work — that is the written quote and contract you sign with us, and if the two ever disagree, the signed contract wins.

Quotes and estimates

Anything on this site is information, not an offer. A real price comes after we measure your home in person and put it in writing. Submitting the form asks us for a quote; it does not book work or commit either of us to anything.

Written quotes are good for 30 days unless we say otherwise on the quote. Material prices move, and we would rather re-quote than surprise you.

What we promise about the site

We try to keep everything here accurate, but we make no guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free. Product descriptions, timelines and service areas can change. If something here matters to your decision, ask us and get it in writing.

The workmanship warranty

We warrant our installation work for 2 years from completion. That covers failures caused by how we installed the floor. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, water from a source outside our work, moving heavy items across the floor, subfloor problems we identified and you chose not to address, or normal wear. The plank itself carries its own manufacturer warranty, which is separate from ours.

Full warranty terms come with your written contract.

Using this site

Use it normally and we have no complaints. Do not try to break into it, scrape it wholesale, submit the form with information that is not yours, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Our content

The text, design, photographs and logo on this site belong to Pilot Flooring, LLC. Please do not reuse them for another flooring business.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, Pilot Flooring, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the actual work we do in your home — that sits in your contract, where it belongs.

If we link to another site, we are not responsible for what is on it.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did.
