Where we work
Southern Utah is our back yard
We are based in Hildale and cover Hildale, Hurricane, La Verkin, Washington, St. George, Santa Clara, Ivins, Kanab and the rest of Southern Utah. If your town is not listed, ask anyway — the answer is usually yes.
St. GeorgeUT
St. George homes take a particular kind of beating on the floor: red dust tracked in from every trail and driveway, and sun through big west-facing windows that fades anything cheap. LVP handles both, and we install it across the whole valley.

Hurricane is growing fast, and we spend a lot of our weeks there — new builds that need floors before move-in, and older homes along the boulevard getting their first update in twenty years.

Hildale is home. We live here, our families are here, and most of our first jobs came from neighbours down the street. If you are in Hildale or Colorado City, we can usually come look at your floors the same week.

Washington City has a lot of homes right at the age where the original flooring gives out — carpet matted down in the traffic lanes, or tile that cracked when the slab moved. That is most of what we replace out there.

La Verkin is a short drive for us and we treat it like a local job, not a trip charge. Smaller town, older housing stock, and a lot of homeowners doing one room at a time as the budget allows.

Santa Clara homes tend to be well looked after, and the ask is usually about getting a finish that matches the rest of the house rather than just something durable. We will bring samples and look at them in your light.

Ivins has everything from older ranch homes to newer places out by Kayenta, and both end up wanting the same thing: a floor that looks good in a lot of natural light and does not show every speck of sand.

We make the drive to Kanab regularly, and a good share of it is short-term rentals and guest houses between bookings — work that has to be finished on schedule, not whenever we get to it.

Pilot Flooring is a service-area flooring company — we come to you, so there is no showroom to visit. We bring the samples with us.

Call or text and ask. We travel further than this list for the right job, and we will tell you honestly if you are outside what we can do well.
